the eternal choice

10 September 2010

taking down the cross, or taking it up again,
the interminable choice, the eternal one,
and in the end the ends remain
while we examine the means, but the context
remains forever meaningless

and the old bard’s children would sing
if they knew the words to the song
but even the profundity of the sounds
resound the evidence of immersive
and conductive Love, profound.

Did you mean ‘immense’ or ‘immersed’? I’m trying to make sense of that line,… read it immense the first time…

And oh, to sing the song whose sounds echo soft on the edge of hearing and when the heart is set right, the strings ring with the feedback of the tune.
